A quick note on floor plans and general pricing breakdown:

• 1 bedroom units: they are 476 Sq Ft and will start in the low $600s (note there are very few one-bedrooms in the building, builders decided to design mostly 1 bedroom + den)

• 1 bedroom + den units: over half the building is comprised of 1 bedroom + dens ranging for the most part from 514-650 Sq Ft, starting in the low/mid $600s (the larger 1+1s will have large “flex” rooms and second bathrooms)

• 2 bedroom units: these units range from 731-834 Sq Ft, starting in the high $700s

• 3 bedroom units: 916Sq Ft starting in the mid/high $900s
